Charterhouse is working with an established organisation within the Construction sector to assist with their hiring of a Senior HR Advisor. This position will see you supporting the Middle East business from their Dubai office to manage their HR.
About the Role
This role will take on the responsibility of all aspects of Human Resources function including operations, developing company policies and procedures and handling the full employment lifecycle of employees in the Dubai Office.
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will be responsible for employee relations and performance management as well as compensation and benefits. The suitable candidate will have generalist experience having worked across all areas of HR. The organisation is currently undergoing expansion; therefore, this position will be heavily focused on Recruitment to begin with.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of the UAE labour law and a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in the Middle East. Strong experience in HR preferably within a similar sector will be beneficial for this role. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of Senior HR Experience within the UAE with a strong focus on recruitment.
The candidate must have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. Handling diverse and confidential situations with confidence whilst multi-tasking under demanding deadline is key to succeed in this role. Due to extensive correspondence with the overseas office, candidates must have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
