Charterhouse have been exclusively retained by one of the most highly regarded multi-national pharmaceutical companies in the world to hire a Senior HR Manager.
About the role
This role will report directly to the Global Head of HR with a dotted line to the Regional MD and the role is part of the Regional Leadership team. This role requires someone who is able to build a strong HR Shared Services centre to support the Region which will include the GCC and Africa. You will develop and lead people development programmes, spearhead recruitment drives across the region with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia, implement and standardised company policies and procedures as well as assist in the setup of new entities across the region. This individual needs to be someone that is able to handle large levels of responsibilities and drive a team to achieve results. Experience in Saudi Arabia is a must for this role.
To be considered for this position, you will be degree educated and have 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role. You will be someone that is happy to travel to Saudi for 1 week a month and on a quarterly basis to Africa. Strong leadership skills, the ability to lead a diverse cultural team to succeed as well as be someone that truly enjoys HR. Our client has requested a preference for native English Speaker for the role.
