Job description
Charterhouse is working with a multi-billion-dollar global technology services provider. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel (5-8 PQE), who has relevant experience in Corporate, Employment, Data Protection or Intellectual Property law.
About the role
The Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for preparing, crafting, and negotiating corporate and commercial documents, evaluating risk and compliance levels, overseeing litigation portfolios, managing outside counsel, as well as conducting due diligence on potential business partners.

About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must be a Common Law qualified lawyer with 5-8PQE. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
