Charterhouse is working with a leading holding group in the UAE who is looking to hire a Senior Manager CX and Delivery.
About the role
As the Senior Manager CX and Delivery, you will report to the Head of Technology and be responsible for driving digital transformation and change within your assigned business vertical. Your primary role will be to develop new digital channels for customers, and increase the technology capability of the organization through agile and design thinking methodologies. You will help the organization move towards an agile and continuous delivery model through constantly identifying new opportunities to optimize the delivery capability of the organization.
The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field, and 10 years minimum of relevant experience. Along with this, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position delivering large business technology projects, and a deep passion for CX, agility, and design thinking.
