Charterhouse are working with a fast growing organisation in the UAE who work within retail, property, technology and hospitality. They are looking to hire a Senior Marketing Director to develop and manage the overall marketing, customer service and revenue strategies.
About the role
This crucial role will look to align the marketing initiatives across the business and develop clear strategies to achieve KPIs and brand equity targets across the group. You will be responsible for overseeing the marketing budget, leading the implementation of new campaigns, marketing strategies and loyalty schemes. You will be required to specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting extensive market research, gaining a clear understanding of the region, market conditions and competitor data. You will nurture strong third party relationships and demonstrate excellent leadership and negotiating skills, working to influence at a stakeholder level.
The successful candidate should have solid commercial experience and a proven track record of leading the overall marketing strategies and campaigns on an international level. You should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing, including leading a marketing department for a multinational organisation for a number of years. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in benchmarking, trend analysis, developing and managing the overall marketing strategy of the business.
