Charterhouse is working exclusively with one of the most elite brands within FMCG & Manufacturing to recruit a Senior People and Culture Manager.
About the role
As an experienced Senior People and Culture Manager your key areas of focus will be creating, implementing and developing a People strategy for growth plans, implementation of people systems and processes, developing creative methods of growing employee satisfaction and building a structure to recruit the best people in the market. You will deliver regular reporting the Directors to articulate business performance against targets and a key part of your role will be to ensure the best talent is attracted, retained and developed.
Whilst this role will have a large level of autonomy and input into the wider strategic direction of the business you must be an individual that can work as part of a team but can handle large levels of responsibility making critical business decisions.
The ideal candidate for this role will have been in a 360 HR role throughout their career but with a large level of experience/focus in recruitment, training, strategy and have a proven track record in establishing a people culture throughout a business. Strong knowledge and experience in HRIS systems, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a strong knowledge of law regulations are essential. Whilst industry experience is not a must, candidates with experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Engineering or similar field are encouraged to apply.
