Charterhouse is working with a globally renowned professional services organisation who is looking to hire a Senior Consultant to join their team. As a Senior Consultant you will be responsible for designing and implementing bespoke effective solutions to empower your client’s results across the talent, reward and performance team.
About the role
You will be required to develop and manage various projects independently, whilst proactively building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients. You must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills and be confident in presenting to clients and board executives. You will be required to derive meaningful insights from quantitative and qualitative data with an analytical approach. You will have experience in writing business reports and presenting solutions and recommendations in an articulate manner to internal and external clients.
The Successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s or master’s Degree in economics, finance or another relevant field of study. The individual should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in consulting within the human resources field, specialising in ‘rewards management’. It is essential you are able to demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills. You must be fluent in English, preference will be given to Arabic speakers.
