Charterhouse is working with a Tech Consultancy, who is looking to hire a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer within their international team.
About the role
This role will play a crucial part within the company, working in a cross functional team helping design, build and launch multiple new features. This Senior Engineer will have a big impact on decisions made and will be required to peer-review code. Additionally, this role will help build and improve the team, department processes and best practices.
This IT consultancy is going through an interesting growth stage and will give the successful Ruby on Rails Engineer the opportunity to work on multiple existing and greenfield projects.
About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have 4+ years’ experience as a software engineer with over 1.5+ years’ experience using Ruby on Rails. The ideal candidate would have experience with additional web technologies e.g., React, JavaScript, etc.
Our client is looking for someone with strong communication skills in English, as this role will be required to liaise with a team across the globe and must be able to share ideas and opinions.
