Charterhouse is working with a multinational consumer durables client who is looking to hire a Service Manager to oversee the entire operations of the after sales service centre based in Dubai.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join part of a well-established team and internationally recognized brand. The main objective of this role will be to manage the day to day operational running and efficiency of the centre. You will be responsible for managing a team who you will coach, develop and motivate to meet personal and business objectives. In addition, you will project manage and coordinate daily service operations such as repairs and installation of services for direct consumers and major development projects, ensuring that the highest level of service is delivered to maintain strong client relationships. This role will handle all aspects of managing the service centre which includes the P&L, adherence to and development of internal policies and procedures, in addition to implementation of new processes to streamline and optimize performance. Our client is looking for a highly organized, entrepreneurial leader who has a strong sense of business acumen and passion for leading and developing a team.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ service centre management experience preferably working for a multinational company. You must be able to demonstrate excellent client servicing skills, ability to effectively manage a business independently with experience of successfully managing a budget and P&L.
