Charterhouse is working with a prestigious multinational automotive organisation who is looking to hire a Service Quality Manager to join their team here in Dubai.
About the role
As the Service Quality Manager you will be responsible for steering after sales processes, procedures and targets in the respective markets to ensure the best possible service quality and to achieve a high customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for Implementing service strategy, programs and processes to improve service and repair quality. You will also be responsible for following up on business plans regarding service quality KPIs to provide support and direction while ensuring agreed activities and measures are documented and executed.
The successful candidate should have at least 6 years after sales experience in the automotive field (ideally with experience working in a dealership). You should also be fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
