Charterhouse is working with a telecommunications company based in Qatar who is looking to hire a Siebel CRM Specialist to join their team.
About the role
The purpose of the CRM specialist role is to assess, design and implement new products and services through different releases on Oracle Siebel CRM. You will manage the required business needs as well as support test teams and business product managers throughout testing phases of the releases. You will be accountable for delivering required business and technology releases according to schedule and with quality as well as preparing all the needed RFC’s and change requests for service management.
The successful candidate should be experienced within product and solution development in a telco, technology vender or telecommunications focus with innovative thinking for user-interfaces. You should be excellent at problem solving and have strong customer experience centred analysis. You should ideally be Degree qualified, preferably in a technical field. Oracle siebel certification is advantageous. You should also have experience in the following areas; enterprise application integration EAI, enterprise integration management, EIM and configuration, scripting and work flow CSW.
