Charterhouse is working with a healthy dining food and beverage brand in Riyadh KSA, our client is looking for an experienced and passionate social media professional to join their team. To be considered for this role you must have prior experience in social media and community management, preferably having worked for a well-established F&B brand which offer both dine in and delivery services.
About the role
This is an excellent opportunity working for a fast growing brand, responsibilities will include daily management of all social media platforms, creating successful marketing campaigns and engaging content/posts. You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, as you will act as the face and voice of the brand, handling all community management responsibilities such as responding to customer queries and resolving complaints in a timely manner. To be successful in this role you must have a positive can do attitude, excellent time management and priority setting skills as well as a genuine passion for food. This role will report to the owner and you will receive additional support, however you must be willing to take ownership to effectively plan the marketing strategy, stay up to date with the latest products and industry trends, and track performance to direct the marketing strategy.
To be considered for this role you must hold a bachelors in Marketing or related field, with a minimum of 2-3 year’s professional marketing experience ideally working in the F&B industry. Due to the translation of content required this role is only open to Arabic speakers. You must have prior experience in launching and tracking marketing campaigns with a focus on increasing customer engagement and brand loyalty.
