Charterhouse is working with a renowned hospitality group who are looking to hire a Sous Chef and Senior Chef De Partie to join their team for their brand new opening upmarket upscale casual location in central London, joining a team of creative and exciting chefs.

About the role
Your main responsibilities will be to support the Head Chef in consistently executing the innovative culinary vision to the highest standards each and every day. The Sous Chef will lead the junior chef team through strong direction and constant support. Your role will involve ordering, inventory, wastage control as well as maintaining relationships with suppliers with some of the best suppliers and assisting in sourcing the highest quality ingredients.
This role provides great work life balance with currently opening daytime.
The successful candidate is an experienced Sous Chef, with a track record leading a team in known locations or an established Chef de Partie looking to progress into a more senior role. The Sous Chef will be experienced in delivering diverse menus.
Any additions to the team must be charismatic with strong communication skill and either an established leader or a drive to grow and excel. Preference will be given to candidates immediately available though all exceptional candidates will be considered.
