Charterhouse has partnered with a prestigious Luxury Beauty and Fragrance Brand, who is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Store Manager for their newly opened boutique in Jeddah, KSA.
About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to become a part of a globally recognized iconic brand and to be a part of their successful growth and expansion plans in the KSA region. You will be responsible for the management and operations of the boutique, as well as the business development and building strong relationships with the clientele.
You must be a strong leader in order to lead, develop and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results and to exceed their targets. You will recruit, train and motivate new team members and will ensure they have an excellent product knowledge at all times. You will oversee the visual merchandising standards of the store and ensure the optimization of the stock level usage.
About you
Our client is looking for a dynamic luxury retail professional, with strong management and interpersonal skills. The candidate must have strong communication skills in English and Arabic. You need to have a minimum experience working for an international luxury brand on a managerial level.
The role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for beauty and retail. Due to the Saudization program, preference will be given to Saudi Nationals.
