Charterhouse is working with a Multinational Educational Institution which is looking to expand its operations across Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking to hire an experienced B2B professional who already has a network of corporate partners which would benefit from the custom designed education programs offered by the organisation.
About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious organisation and help to build their presence and establish key partner relationships across Saudi Arabia. The main requirements for this role will be to develop and execute effective sales strategies to build and nurture new business relationships, in addition to identifying clients’ needs to design custom made programs which have clear and measurable objectives.
A large aspect of the role will involve working with relevant Learning and Development colleagues to create competitive high quality program proposals which help to secure new partnerships. As this role will mainly be geared towards building business relationships, offering consultative services and presenting to clients, it is imperative that the successful candidate can display strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record.
In order to cultivate strong client relationships, the successful candidate will be expected to travel when required by the organisation and attend various events such as program launches, industry relevant conferences and networking events.
The successful candidate must hold a master’s Degree in business or a related field and should have a minimum 10 years’ professional experience in business development, consultative sales or L&D. Our client is looking for someone who possesses strong business acumen with the ability to influence decision makers and stakeholders.
Ideally the successful candidate should be fully fluent in both English and Arabic.
