Our client has a unique opportunity offering a short term contract (4 – 5 months) to support the recruitment and operations team during peak enrolment season. About the role
This role will ultimately be responsible for developing and executing successful student recruitment strategies which exceeds enrolment targets and supports long term business objectives. You will build strong relationships with both prospective students and key sector organisations to form strategic alliances and nurture potential students throughout the enrolment process. In addition you will be required to proactively conduct market research and assessments of key industry trends, developing brand awareness initiatives to strengthen the visibility and reputation of the organisation within the local market. Ideally you should have prior experience performing in a similar role, managing the full recruitment process, supporting in the development and management of contractual agreements, and engaging in business development/ marketing activities to identify and generate new business leads.
To be considered for this role you must have a bachelors or above in business management or a related field. Experience in a similar role handling recruitment responsibilities within executive management/postgraduate programs is highly desirable. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, target driven, with a positive attitude and ability to multi task effectively within challenging deadlines.
