Charterhouse is working with a prestigious multinational client within the Higher Education sector, who are looking to hire a Student Recruitment Manager to oversee the entire Gulf region. This role will be based in Dubai and will report to the International Head Quarters in the UK, acting as a brand ambassador to promote business growth and establish strong relationships across the assigned markets.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely alongside stakeholders and to oversee all of the student recruitment and engagement activities for the Gulf markets. There will be a strong focus on developing successful student recruitment plans, building relationships with key partners, educational institutions and prospective students, in addition to monitoring KPIs and tracking performance.

The Student Recruitment Manager will work alongside the global team to develop and implement marketing material and campaigns which increase brand engagement and drive student recruitment activity. Our client is looking to hire a self-starter who can work independently to develop and execute sales strategies with a proven track record in achieving enrolment targets and delivering within strict deadlines.

About you
To be considered for the role, the successful candidate must have worked within higher education student recruitment, ideally focussing on GCC to the UK with 4 years or more experience. Our client is looking to hire someone with a proven track record of leading student recruitment strategies across international markets, with previous experience of developing annual sales and marketing plans, working in either a manager or stand-alone role.

Due to the scope of this role, Arabic speaking would be an advantage but not essential, speaking Arabic would be an added advantage. Additionally, candidates should already be based in the UAE with prior experience working in the region.
