Charterhouse is working with a highly reputable and established retail group in Qatar. Our client is looking to expand their team and hire a Supermarket Brand and Operations Manager to oversee this rapidly growing business segment. You will report directly to the CEO and work very closely with the Operations Business Head.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will be overseeing and strengthening the day to day operations of the current supermarkets across 3 locations. You will also assist in generating and implementing the expansion plans including SOP’s, training and liaising with vendors as well as suppliers. You will be the driving force behind this area of the business and its expansion. You will work with the team to increase revenue and brand awareness in the market, and will work very closely with the CEO and Operations Business Head to ensure smooth operations at all times and that all revenue targets are not only achieved but exceeded.
The successful candidate should have managed multiple supermarkets both existing and through opening. You should have a proven track record with an established supermarket within the Middle East. Strong English communication and a driver’s license are required.
