Charterhouse is working with a leading managed services/cloud service provider who is looking to hire a Support Engineer – VMWare.
About the role
As the Support Engineer – VMWare, you will be responsible for pre-sales, solution design and resolving complex support cases for a wide range of corporate clients. You will also define and recommend upgrades and enhancements to customer solutions across company owned and operated Cloud infrastructure and for on premise Manages Services customers.
The successful candidate should be very customer focus oriented, with an ability to not only provide technical support, but also explain complex topics in layman’s terms. You should be able to multitask smoothly and be comfortable in a fast paced environment. You should also have strong communication skills (written and verbal), as client communication and documentation are key elements for this position.
