Charterhouse is working with a leading Facilities Management Organisation who are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their Human Resource team. As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will report to the Executive Director Human Capital.
About the Role
In the role you will be required to develop and implement HR strategies as well as manage the talent acquisition in coherence with the company’s strategic manpower plan. You will also be responsible for analysing the existing framework and/or propose amendments as per business requirements. You will coordinate with concerned departments and collaborate on job specifications to ensure competencies of acquired resources match the requirements. Other key responsibilities would include administering online assessment, conduct post assessment interview and managing the recruitment budget within the year.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree in business administration with emphasis in HR management and have 10 years’ experience in HR management with at least 5 years’ in a managerial position. You should have the ability to achieve cost savings on overall human capital strategy and budget whilst creating healthy working environment to attract and retain talent. It is essential that you demonstrate excellent interpersonal and people management skills. UAE Nationals preferred.
