Our client is looking to recruit a Talent and Learning Manager to develop and lead talent management and development.
The role is a key strategic role that requires someone that has developed and led talent management programs as well as building training programs. The ideal candidate should be able to build and execute a fully integrated leadership program for various levels of leadership and is able to collaborate with business heads both locally and globally to ensure best practices are undertaken.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have a Degree in Organisational Psychology or similar field and have at least 10 years’ experience with a mutli-national organisation. Ideally experience within FMCG, Pharma or similar would be preferred. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be consultative and results driven. The nature of this role requires regular travel outside of the Middle East and therefore preference will be given to candidates that are able to travel freely throughout Europe.
