Charterhouse is working exclusively with one of the world’s most well-known brands who is looking to hire a Talent Manager to handle their extensive recruitment growth plans for 2018 & 2019.
About the role
This role will require someone that has strong recruitment experience preferably with a focus on working with a wide range of stakeholders handling assessment centres and competency based recruitment, whilst also being involved in the 360 HR process. Ideally you should have previously worked with career events, job fairs and have extensive knowledge of job portals and social media career sites. You will be someone that is able to deal with stakeholders at all levels working closely to achieve hiring strategies. A strong people person, you will be someone that truly enjoys finding the best talent, enjoys handling on boarding and can also get involved in job evaluations.
This role requires someone that is Degree educated and has extremely strong verbal and written English language skills. Experience within a similar role is a must to be successful ideally from a multi-national organisation or strong agency recruitment experience.
