Our client, an International FMCG organisation has requested our assistance to hire a Team Assistant to work in their busy regional office in Dubai supporting the Executive Assistant.
About the role
This role will provide support to the Regional Headquarters team by ensuring a highly efficient level of administrative support to the team and its clients. You will be the focal point of contact for the team and liaise with employees and ensure a high level of service. Responsibilities for this role will include but will not be limited to, scheduling and planning business trips ensuring correct application of travel guidelines, effectively provide professional administration support to the team in daily business requirements, scheduling monthly business reviews, supporting in any events and projects, assisting in any diary and calendar management.
In addition establish, maintain and develop efficient office and administration systems and processes, to ensure the smooth and effective running of the office at all times, including the handling of contracts with service providers for the Dubai Office and support of the front desk.
To be considered for this role you should have further education within Business Studies or a similar field with 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar role. You must have a pro-active and flexible hands on approach. You should have excellent computer skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. As there are large levels of correspondence with offices in Europe the ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and German.
