​Charterhouse is working with a British design and manufacturing specialist that provides water and waste-water piping products to the construction sector. As a result of the businesses growth strategy, our client is actively seeking a Technical Sales Manager with an extensive network in the UAE and strong technical competency, to hire into their Dubai office.

About the role
The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for specification sales across the catalogue of plastic piping products to a portfolio of clients in the UAE. This sales position will support its clients with products that manage water and waste water pipes within a variety of building projects.

This role will be responsible for the wider sales team and manage specifications through the sales pipeline and track the process to ensure a successful conclusion.

In conjunction, the Technical Sales Manager will set-out KPI’s relative to the business plan and strategically manage the team’s pipeline to ensure commercial success.

About you
The client will look to recruit a senior technical sales professional with a minimum of 5 years’ sales management experience in the UAE and a proven track record of selling building products into the construction sector, working with clients such as real estate developers, government entities and consultancies.

To be considered for this role, the candidate should have a reliable network of clients and prospects in key sectors in the UAE, which can be utilized to offer water and waste water solutions. Ideally, the successful incumbent will have Degree from an internationally recognised University in a relevant technical field.
