Charterhouse is working with an established organisation who are expanding into leisure and entertainment, with the launch of their first location they are looking to hire a Venue Manager. You will report directly to the division General Manager.
About the role
An experienced Venue Manager will be required to launch the location, assisting with the recruitment and training of the team, overseeing all day to day operations across both the entertainment and F&B function within the venue. You must make sure all laws and regulations are being adhered to at all times whilst providing the highest level of experience and service to each and every customer.
The successful candidate should have experience managing a leisure/entertainment venue, such as a trampoline park, kids centre, leisure experience or similar. Any experience managing an F&B function in addition will be added value to this role. You must be a confident, energetic go getter, a motivational leader with great attention to detail and a drive to grow your career. With further expansion plans in the works there is great potential develop this role further. Preference will be given to candidates with UAE or Middle East experience but exceptional candidates will be considered from other locations.
