Job description
Charterhouse is working with a well-established Crypto firm, who is looking to hire a Chinese speaking Vice President of Business Development, to join their team. This role will require you to generate potential new clients and areas of growth for the firm.
About the role
This role will create a business development strategy aligned with the aims and objectives of the firm. The Vice President of Business Development will evaluate and find new business opportunities whether that be investments, mergers or acquisitions and foster robust relationships with the key stakeholders in the firm.
Additionally, this role will also be in charge of the negotiations for the partnership agreements and strategic initiatives whilst driving revenue growth by expanding on existing relationships. The VP will be in charge ensuring effective use of budgets for resource allocation.
About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should be fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken) and have at least 6-8 years’ experience in a similar business development role (In the UAE) with a strong background in crypto/ fintech industry. Proven experience in leadership and team management is also beneficial, with a proven record of delivering results in the fast past environment.
