Vice President, Operations (Chinese Speaking)

​Charterhouse is working with a well-established Crypto firm, who is looking to hire a Chinese speaking Vice President of Operations, to join their team. This role will require you to oversee multiple functions.

About the role
The Vice President of Operations will be working together with the Executive team to grow and execute the company’s vision and value as well as lead the data analytics function to obtain insights from user data, allowing data-driven decision-making across the organization.

In addition, this role will also oversee the customer support team ensuring customers receive excellent service whilst making sure to mitigate any risk. The Vice President will be responsible for complying with the reg requirements in the crypto industry. In conjunction, this role will be leading privacy initiatives, ensuring user data protection at the highest standards.

About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should be fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken) and have at least 5-8 years’ experience in a similar senior operations role with a strong background.

Proven experience in the UAE (in a leadership role) within the crypto/blockchain/fintech industry is also beneficial, with a proven record of upholding the highest standards with data privacy and compliance.
