Our client wishes to add top tier talent to their digital team and is looking to hire a Digital Acceleration Manager. Our client has huge plans to evolve the customer experience for the digital era and the global digital team is at the heart of this exciting change for the business. This brand is leading the worldwide effort to develop digital initiatives across every facet with customers. This includes new brand engagement, ecommerce, service delivery and digital content capabilities. The digital team are purely focused on innovation across the customer journey, identifying opportunities and developing digital ideas and bringing them to life. You will work in an entrepreneurial and strategic way to push forward ideas and innovation, execution and culture. This role focuses on providing global and regional guidance and support to their markets and acts as a key partner in planning, strategically and operationally. You will work closely with the MEA business unit team to support and accelerate their markets adoption and optimisation of digital initiatives to help them achieve and exceed their business goals. The successful candidate should have at least 6 years experience delivering proven business results for brands, ideally in both client side and agency capacities. You should also have at least 5 years experience with measurable success in planning, deploying and managing large scale digital initiatives across all channels.

Charterhouse is working with a leading organisation who is looking to hire a Head of Ecommerce to play a vital role in transforming the business into an ecommerce retailer. The Head of Ecommerce will be responsible for the continued growth and optimisation of the brands ecommerce channel in line with wider brand strategy; driving a clear vision which realises the potential for the brand online. You will lead and inspire the digital team to deliver strategy and meet commercial targets as well as optimise and execute new digital initiatives. This candidate will be responsible for driving and optimising the brands ecommerce performance from a technical and trading prospective, managing any site development projects and actively seeking new initiatives to enhance the user experience and build engagement. You will also create effective promotional calendars and analyse website performance in order to gain insight and make recommendations to continuously optimise and drive online conversion. The successful candidate will build a strong team, providing vision, support and individual development for all members of the team. You should have solid experience managing an ecommerce channel, with a strong track record of delivering increased traffic and commercial growth. Excellent management experience, preferably in a retail business would be advantageous and the ability to influence and gain buy in from senior stakeholders is essential. Strong understanding and experience across online trading, website development and digital marketing is vital.
