You will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously from development and pre-sales, through to project close out. You will take the project into implementation stage and monitor the stages of the project and making adjustments if required, whilst making sure the project is being completed in time and within budget. You will report to the General Manager and be responsible for the end-to-end completion of high quality proposals, quotations, bids and tender responses which are both technically and commercially compliant with the clients specifications. You will be responsible for the registration and prequalification of potential clients with a view to streamlining the BD and sales process and assist with the identification of customers needs. You will also meet customers to give presentations of all services in the business, act as a proposals leader and have the ability to break down the RFQ and RFP to the scope for the different internal and external service suppliers / disciplines. The successful candidate should have a Degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant technical discipline. You will prepare basic and detailed instrumentation design, engineering activities for the assigned projects in petrochemical and O&G plants in accordance with the company procedures. Your duties will include assisting with the project design, calculations, sizing and selection of equipment. You will implement requirements including technical integrity, safety in design and sustainable design wherever applicable. In addition, you will liaise with other engineering and technical teams to ensure overall progress. You will also prepare and issue RFQs, evaluation of vendors quotations, clarifications, documents and technical bid analysis. You will perform engineering and application of various instruments, F&G, Analysers including programming knowledge on DCS, PLC, SIS, HMU and SCADA/RTU.
