This position has become available due to the increase in their commercial and residential portfolio, leaving the Facilities Director with a heavy work load. The successful candidate should possess the following attributes: Technical: - Competent knowledge of CAD drawings and blueprints; - IT literate with strong command of MS Excel and MS Word; - Possess at least 2-3 years of experience in the construction field with some experience of working in the UAE; - Good understanding of MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) works; - Thorough knowledge of BMS (building management system). As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of hard and soft facility management operations on site, ensuring to manage and maintain high standards as per company procedures and protocol. Reporting to the Director of Operations, your principal accountabilities will be to ensure cost effective facilities management, inspect the premises on a daily basis, follow up complaints and suggestions as well as implement health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for site insurance and coordination with fit out contractors and will develop and manage the departments budget.
