Charterhouse is working exclusively with an outstanding global brand within the Entertainment, Hospitality and Tourism arena who is looking to recruit a strategic HR Director to drive its business growth across the region. The principal responsibilities for this role will be to develop a strategic HR plan that will help the business drive forward its growth, which will be achieved by working through manpower requirements vis-a-vis business plans with line managers, generating and implementing resourceful means to increase headcount and managing a plan for new employee induction and orientation at all levels. You will facilitate the performance management process as well as implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure better control over costs and quality. The role will be pivotal in implementing HR and training practices appropriate to an organization which values diversity and work-life balance. To be considered for this role you will be Degree educated and have ideally worked in a Retail, Hospitality or Entertainment environment for 10-12 years in a similar role, preferably with experience working in the UAE or the Middle East Region. You will possess excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills to deal with stakeholders at all levels. You will be knowledgeable of current and upcoming UAE employment legislation and have impeccable organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure, while managing a large workload and meeting deadlines. Charterhouse is working exclusively with a fantastic multinational client within the entertainment industry who is looking to recruit an HR Advisor. The role of HR Advisor will be to support the Regional HR Manager on day-to-day HR issues as well as oversee the management of HR Executives within the team. This role will be heavily involved in the company's expansion plans across India and North Africa, which means the individual will need to be prepared to travel to India to work closely with the HR team in India executing recruitment, employee relations, an overview of payroll as well as work closely with the team in the UAE on their expansion plans. The ideal candidate will be someone that is also able to handle data management and report generation as required by management. To be considered for this role you will ideally be Degree educated with an emphasis in HR or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a similar role preferably within the Middle East and previous experience in India would be a distinct advantage. You should have strong written and verbal English skills and be someone that is a team player.

Charterhouse is working with a large investment fund based in Abu Dhabi who is looking to hire an Arabic speaking HR Manager to support the Head of HR within the hospitality industry. This role requires someone that can provide HR support across the business, handling recruitment and training, assisting with the preparation of manpower budgets, HR policies and employee relations. You will support the Head of HR in leading the efforts of the human resources team in the day-to-day operation. Ideally you will be someone that is able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency. Preferably, you will have specialised training in Labour law, compensation, organised planning and safety. The successful candidate should be Degree educated in a related field and have a minimum of 5 years experience working within a similar senior leadership role ideally within the hotel industry. Preferably, you should also have 2 years of experience in managing a robust HR function at a corporate level.
