You will be responsible for both the strategical and operation HR duties for the site and manage over 300 employees. Reporting to the CEO, you will hold the budgetary responsibility, review and maintain HR best practices across the business and handle manpower planning. You will also be responsible for HRIS, performance management, staff development and lead any HR projects required. The successful candidate should be Degree educated in a relevant field with a minimum of 10 years HR experience, out of which at least 5 of these should be within healthcare and a minimum of 2 years in the UAE recently. Arabic language skills will be advantageous.

Due to its extensive growth plans, our DIFC based client who is an international Financial Services Organisation is looking to hire an HR Operations Assistant to join its established team. This role is to provide HR operational support to the HR Manager and the employees. Responsibilities for this role will include but will not be limited to, liaising with DIFC authorities for visas, assisting with payroll, handling on-boarding of new staff, liaising with insurance providers, issuing staff contracts, handling leave and salary letters as well as day to day HR administrative duties. To be considered for this role you will ideally be Degree educated with an emphasis in HR or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in a similar role preferably within the Middle East. Experience within the DIFC and within Financial Services would be a distinct advantage. You should also have strong written and verbal communication skills and a solid understanding of UAE Labour Law. Due to extensive contact with the head office in Europe our client has requested for a native English speaker for this role.
