This is a strategical, business partner level role and you will be in charge of 7 HRBPs who all manage their own business units and report directly to this position. You will work closely with the CEO and Board of Directors managing any issues arising from employee engagement, manpower planning, policies and procedures, total reward and all HR operations. The successful candidate should have in-depth experience of managing a total HR Department for a minimum of 10 years. This role will have overall responsibility of 450-500 staff so experience managing this volume is essential. Our client has stated a preference for a female candidate who speaks Urdu and Hindi.
