HR Coordinator - 3 Month FTC

Charterhouse is working with an innovative technology organisation in Abu Dhabi who is looking to hire a HR Coordinator for a three month fixed term contract to cover absence.

As a HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for the recruitment and onboarding process of the company including visa processing and issuance and reference checks. You will also be required to closely liaise with external stakeholders and managers regarding any recruitment activity. In addition, you will be responsible for HR administration support, dealing with employee queries and ad-hoc project support.

The successful candidate should possess a bachelors degree with at least 3 years of HR and Administrative experience preferably within the technology sector. You should be familiar with the UAE labour laws. It is essential you have excellent Microsoft Office skills and that you are a confident communicator.

Our client has stated a preference for an Arabic speaker, however this is not essential. It is a prerequisite from the client that you should be available to start in May 2017, applicants who are not available, will not be considered for this role.
