Charterhouse is exclusively working with a leading multinational IT business solutions provider in Qatar. Due to internal expansion, our client is looking to hire a Talent Manager with a proven track record in developing and managing systems, policies and procedures, governing areas relating to recruitment, developing, retaining and rewarding the right talents making this organisation an employer of choice.

You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end talent management functions including attracting, developing and retaining key talent whilst working closely with key managers on short/medium/long-term strategies in line with the business objectives developing. You will also be responsible for identifying development needs, both soft and hard skills and managing the recruitment function for the business.

The successful candidate should be a dynamic and project driven individual who has experience focusing on recruitment, training and development and performance management along with a minimum of 8 years experience in the same role and experience within the IT/software industry. You should have experience in talent management frameworks, career/succession planning, performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives. In addition, you should also have experience managing a recruitment team as well as experience in a 360 degree recruitment role. You should be a strong negotiator, have solid analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
