Charterhouse is working with a Middle Eastern phone distributor who is looking to hire an Arabic speaking, Customer Service Representative.

You will liaise with customers to manage any queries regarding products, assisting with orders and resolving complaints. As part of this role, you will greet customers in a warm and professional manner and be resourceful and proactive in managing any issues that arise.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English and Arabic. A professional appearance is crucial and candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role. You should also have the ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
