Charterhouse is working with a multinational logistics business who is looking to hire a Contact Centre Manager (Arabic speaking) to join their team in Dubai.

As a Contact Centre Manager you will be required to manage a team of customer service representatives, keep track of KPIs and drive your team forward to ensure they are providing outstanding customer service.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years management experience within a contact center environment and be Arabic speaking. Ideally, you should have previous work experience within a logistics company, however this is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-renowned, global organisation.
