​Charterhouse is working with a Healthcare start-up, who is looking to hire a UX/UI Designer (Remote or UAE), to join their global design & engineering team. This role offers the flexibility to work onsite in the UAE or remotely from Europe.

About the role
The UX/UI Designer will play a crucial role within the Healthcare Startup, working within a global cross-functional team. This role will be responsible for designing the client's new and existing website and web applications.

This role will be designing an app that has a positive impact on the world, which will be used by thousands of individuals daily. They have multiple upcoming greenfield projects, for which the role will be required to shape and lead the design.

This Designer will be responsible for creating innovative presentations that explain the best design strategies and concepts to the wider business. This position offers lots of potential for growth and career progression.

About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will need to have 2+ years’ experience as a UX/UI Designer and be proficient with Figma and other design tools such as Sketch, AdobeXD, etc. Previous experience working on websites and web applications is essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English, allowing to interact and collaborate with multiple teams across the business. It would be a bonus if you have worked in a biotech, healthcare, or related domain before.
