Job description
Charterhouse is working with a highly reputable leading international Law Firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking to hire a Projects Partner who has experience in both project development and project finance within the KSA and the Middle East.
About the role
The Projects Partner will have experience in complex infrastructure and energy projects, public procurement, outsourcing, joint ventures and strategic partnerships. This role will also have experience in advising clients on secondary market and M&A transactions in the infrastructure, energy and PPP sectors.

About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must be KSA qualified with a minimum of 10 years' experience as Projects Partner in the Middle East. Exemplary drafting skills will be essential as this role will lead and manage complex projects. Candidates based in Saudi Arabia are preferred; however, our client is willing to offer a relocation package for the right candidate.
