There will be an HR induction along with training involving an overview of our policies and principles, pretty much a “what you need to know about Dubai”. Tips on things to do and not to do in the Middle East and the expectations of Charterhouse as a business. You will also meet your team and Line Manager for lunch at one of the local restaurants in the DIFC, followed by meetings with Directors, training on the latest CRM technology and getting to know your supportive back office function. Regular one-to-one and team meetings will follow with an open door policy.

With a Saturday / Sunday weekend, we leave the office at 2.30pm on Friday to make the most of what Dubai and the Region has to offer (perhaps a drink or 2 for Thirsty Friday!).
