Job description
Charterhouse is working with a highly prestigious US Law Firm based in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a mid to senior level 3+ PQE Corporate Lawyer who has experience advising on Public and/or Private mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital investments and corporate reorganisations to join their corporate team.
About the role
As the Corporate Lawyer, your responsibilities will include preparing, crafting, and negotiating corporate and commercial documents, performing due diligence, composing advisory memoranda, creating proposals and credential statements, collaborating with clients, fostering relationships with both clients and colleagues, and actively engaging in and supporting business development efforts.

About you
To be considered for this role, you must be a Common Law qualified lawyer with a minimum of three years’ experience in Corporate. Candidates based in the UAE are preferred, however, our client is willing to offer a relocation package for the right candidate.
