Job description
Charterhouse is working with a leading US Law Firm based in the United Arab Emirates. Our client is looking to hire a common law-qualified Private Funds Associate with 8+ years of PQE, who has experience advising on a broad range of private funds matters, both domestic and international.
About the role
Candidates should have at least 8 years of PQE in private funds. The candidate should possess strong business development skills, as the associate will be expected to contribute to the development of new and existing clients.
The corporate and funds team is well-established and market-leading, particularly known for its work with private equity, sovereign wealth, infrastructure, energy funds, and more in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
About you
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have a minimum of eight years of experience in funds work, preferably gained at a well-regarded international firm. While an England & Wales qualification is preferred, the role is open to candidates qualified in major Commonwealth jurisdictions such as the US, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, South Africa, and India.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate a commercial approach and excellent client-facing skills with strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Candidates based in the UAE are preferred, however, our client is willing to offer a relocation package for the right candidate.
