Charterhouse is currently working with a leading international firm who are looking to hire an Employment Associate to join their team. This role is with a top-tier international firm in Dubai who are looking to expand its Employment team with a junior bilingual lawyer.
About the role
In this role, the Employment Associate will be a part of a growing international team, working with some of the most prominent Employment Partners in the region. The Employment Associate will be involved in a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting contracts as well as HR policies. In addition, the Associate will be advising on executive terminations and employee transfers.
About you
Our client is looking to recruit candidates with NQ to 3 years’ PQE who are fluent in Arabic and English, and have regional experience within the Middle East. Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic is essential.
