Job description
Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading investment group with diversified interests across several industries such as real estate, hospitality and retail. Our client is looking to hire a Group HR Manager to work closely alongside the COO to run the entire HR function and oversee all employee relations matters.
About the Role
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the companies HR functions to support the organisation’s goals and business growth. This role will be the main point of contact for all employees within the Dubai Office, and will be involved in developing and executing the HR strategy. This includes implementing new processes, streamlining company wide policies and procedures to ensure the business is compliant with the UAE labour law.
Reporting to the COO and Group CEO, this role will oversee the full employee life-cycle including the recruitment process, performance management and staff retention initiatives. Acting as the key point of contact for all employee relations, the Group HR Manager will address any issues, implement improvements and drive best practices across each business division. Alongside the HR responsibilities this role will also support with general office management tasks to ensure operations are running smoothly and when required will provide PA support to stakeholders.
About You
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have at least 6 years of HR experience with a minimum of 3 years within a leadership role, reporting in to C-level. Working experience in a HR operations role within a UAE‑based holding group, family office or investment management environment is essential. It would be considered advantageous if individuals have exposure to both free zone and onshore frameworks. A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or relevant field is required alongside strong technical capabilities such as advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS software.
