Job description
Charterhouse is working with a well-known luxury fashion brand that is seeking a Luxury Brand Trainer to join their team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a Retail Assistant who is passionate about luxury retail, talent development and delivering exceptional in-store experiences. In line with UAE Emiratization requirements, our client is specifically seeking to hire a UAE National with a Family Book for this position.
About the role
The Luxury Brand Trainer will split their time between the Head Office and Retail Store, leading engaging onboarding sessions, product training, and service excellence workshops for both new and existing team members. This role will deliver training content, daily briefs, and product knowledge tools that embody the brand’s heritage and commitment to luxury standards.
Working closely with the Retail Manager and Client Advisors, the Luxury Brand Trainer will assess in-store behaviours, identify team development needs, and create tailored training programs that drive sales performance and elevate service KPIs. Their presence on the floor will be hands-on and impactful coaching Client Advisors in real time, inspiring them to refine their clientele techniques, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and engagement. This role is integral to shaping and sustaining a high-performance culture across the retail network, ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand’s values and uncompromising standards of excellence.
About you
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working within a retail store environment, with a strong understanding of delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable client experiences. They will be confident in engaging with diverse teams, motivating staff, and leading by example on the shop floor. A background in premium retail will be particularly valued, especially experience in supporting colleagues to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Strong communication skills in English, a genuine passion for retail & people development, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. A degree in any field is helpful and transferable, with qualifications in Business, Retail Management, or related areas considered an advantage.
