Charterhouse has been exclusively mandated by a leading global professional services organisation to recruit an Onboarding & Client Services Lead.

The Onboarding & Client Services Lead plays a critical role in managing the end‑to‑end onboarding process for all new hires. The ideal candidate will bring strong recruitment and onboarding expertise, with particular experience in UAE employment requirements, visa processing, and supporting candidates relocating to the Middle East. This includes providing guidance on family visas, schooling, accommodation, and other key aspects of regional relocation.

About the Role

The Onboarding & Client Services Lead will demonstrate a solid background in recruitment and talent acquisition, supported by exceptional communication and client management capabilities. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and HR teams, ensuring that the company’s values are consistently reflected throughout the recruitment and onboarding experience

This is a great opportunity to work closely with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and define candidate requirements, while also partnering with clients to provide informed guidance on onboarding costs and prepare accurate quotations. Responsible for maintaining an effective applicant tracking system to ensure full visibility of employee data, delivering comprehensive orientation sessions to support the seamless integration of new hires, and collaborating with HR to continuously enhance the onboarding experience and strengthen employee relations. The role further involves supporting and elevating the company’s employer brand through innovative recruitment marketing, staying current with emerging recruitment technologies and industry trends to optimise processes, and ensuring strict compliance with all relevant UAE employment laws.

About You

The ideal candidate will hold a degree and bring a background in recruitment, talent management, and administration, with 3–4 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, and administrative functions. This opportunity is well suited to candidate currently working in a recruitment agency who is seeking an in‑house role while still enjoying the full client and candidate journey. The candidate requires the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and apply prior experience working within the UAE. The successful candidate will be capable of working both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and communicating with clarity and professionalism in written and verbal English. This position is ideal for candidate who thrives in a dynamic setting where no two days are the same.
