Job description
Charterhouse is working in an exclusive partnership with a leading EAM based in the DIFC, who are striving to create a larger presence in the GCC. Our client is looking to hire an experienced and driven client Private/Wealth banking professional to join the high-performing team based in Dubai, UAE.
About the Role
The Private Banker (Farmer) is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of existing High Net Worth (HNW) / Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. The role focuses on relationship deepening, asset consolidation, cross-selling, and long-term wealth planning rather than new client acquisition. Key responsibilities include relationship management, revenue and AUM growth (through existing clients), investment advisory, credit and lending solutions, and compliance and risk.
About You
The ideal candidate will be degree-educated with at least 6 years of relevant experience at a reputable financial institution in the GCC. Ideally, the candidate should have a minimum book of USD 20 million to move, which would be highly advantageous.
