Charterhouse is working with an International Law Firm that is looking to hire a Senior HR Advisor to support their HR Function across the Middle East and Asia Region. This role will be placed within the firm’s Dubai Office.
About the Role
The Senior HR Advisor will act as a key partner to the business, providing expert support across all core HR areas including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding performance management, compliance, and training and development. This role requires building strong, trusted relationships with local teams and stakeholders while offering consistent guidance on HR policies, benefits, and employee matters. A key focus will be supporting the onboarding of new hires and ensure a smooth transition throughout the employee lifecycle.
The Senior HR Advisor will work closely with the Resourcing team on hiring needs, advising on market trends and providing salary benchmarking guidance. Additionally, this role will work with managers to strengthen performance and development across the teams, ensuring a positive and high-performance culture.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a Business Partnering or Advisory role, ideally within the Legal, Financial or Professional Services. Having an expert knowledge of UAE Labor law and HR best practices, including tax, visa, and regulatory requirements is advantageous for this position. The ideal candidate will be a people-focused professional, confident communicator, and with excellent leadership, capable to manage stakeholders. The candidate must be proactive, solution-oriented, and skilled in managing a broad range of HR responsibilities with discretion and professionalism.
Successful applicants should demonstrate proficiency in English, both written and verbal. A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, along with HR certifications such as CIPD is preferable.
