Job description

​Charterhouse is working in partnership with an international client in the Healthcare sector, who is looking to hire for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team working remotely, based in Dubai. This role will collaborate with global colleagues and will require a degree of flexibility to work across different time zones.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a 360 recruiter or talent acquisition specialist to join a growing business with a dedicated team of specialists. The talent acquisition specialist will be responsible for sourcing candidates for a high volume of permanent and contract roles within the healthcare sector. Utilising job boards and LinkedIn posting, the role will include building market maps and headhunting talent from international regions including the UK, Europe and Australia. Alongside handling end to end recruitment, there will be a focus on providing consultative support at each stage of the hiring process to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation processing for the applicable market. Our client is looking for an individual who is able to grasp technical concepts quickly, can work independently with a lot of autonomy and takes accountability for their personal development.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 – 4 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the healthcare sector or alternatively recruiting for technical positions. The role will require someone with an ethical, consultative, and value-driven approach combined with a successful track record within recruitment. This role offers fully remote working from the UAE, an attractive bonus scheme, and a high level of independence. In return there will be a need for flexibility with the working schedule due to the market coverage.
