Charterhouse is proudly partnered with a boutique multi-asset fund manager in the DIFC who are looking to add a Corporate Services and Governance professional to their team.
About the Role
This role has been created to support their private market investments and the wider business as a whole. The role will be extremely varied and will take on the company secretary duties alongside KYC documentation, regulatory filings, coordinating with service providers, fund reporting and other operations.
Due to the complicated of private equity structures and transactions, the firm have to work with companies across multiple jurisdictions and geographies, meaning that they have different tax and reporting elements which need to be monitored and adhered to and need to handle relationships with multiple registered agents across these localities.
About you
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must have at least 3 years’ across corporate services or fund administration, either in-house or with fund service provider in the UAE. Combined with this, an understanding of private market funds regulated out of international geographies is crucial for this role.
