​Charterhouse is supporting a highly sophisticated Private Markets Consultancy with the appointment of a Director into their team. The firm specialise in advising alternative investment funds with a range of different mandates across transformation & strategy.

About the role
The Transformation Director will lead the client engagements across a range of different projects in the region. The firm have an outstanding footprint across the US and Europe but are increasingly winning work in the Middle East. With a lean team and operations at present, this will give the Director the opportunity to build out the presence and further cement the firm’s reputation in the region.

This role will be responsible for driving new projects and client acquisitions, assisting with execution of work, growing the team and bridging the gap between London and the Middle East offices. The Director is the final designation before partnership and the firm very much see this individual being a key player in the development of the region.

About you
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have 15+ years’ experience within Digital Transformation and/or Strategy Consulting within Alternative Investments. Due to the firm’s client base, it is imperative that the candidate has a strong understanding of Alternative Asset classes and the confidence to pitch new projects within this space.

The successful candidate will have experience leading projects and teams, delivering high profile projects across sophisticated clients within the private markets.
