Charterhouse is working with a leading F&B organisation, who is looking to hire a HR Manager to work as a strategic partner to the business to assist with organisational growth. Our client requires someone with adept HR Experience having worked in a Managerial Role within the UAE.
About the Role
The HR Manager will play a key role in leading and executing HR processes with a key focus on employee relations, employee engagement, performance management and compensation and benefits.
The role involves managing all aspects of employee relations, providing expert advice to internal stakeholders, and handling disciplinary and grievance matters in line with UAE labour law. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, oversee the compliance of statuary records in accordance with the UAE. In addition to ensuring best practice, the role will also focus on retention by identifying and recommending employee engagement initiatives and workplace improvements that align with market expectations.
Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including leading recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent. This role will also be responsible for overseeing compensation and benefits, ensuring that offerings remain competitive and aligned with market benchmarks. Working closely with the Head of HR, the HR Manager will support the implementation of performance reviews, staff appraisals, and talent management frameworks, while also contributing to the planning and execution of career development initiatives that foster employee growth and long-term capability within the organisation.
About You
To be considered for this role, the candidate must have at least 7 years HR Management Experience with a minimum of 5 years within a Leadership Role. It is essential that you hold a Bachelor’s Degree ideally within a related field or have a CIPD Level 5 and above, with excellent knowledge of the UAE employment law.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and decision maker with experience working closely with Senior Board Directors to develop business strategy and contribute to the organisation’s growth.
The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. The candidate will have excellent communication skills English, both written and verbal, Arabic is an Advantage but not essential.
